Sirin Labs Launches Blockchain-Based Finney Smartphone
Sirin Labs has announced the launch of blockchain-based Finney smartphone. The device is named after the late Bitcoin developer Hal Finney. It offers a secure mobile technology with an embedded cold storage cryptocurrency wallet.
The Finney smartphone has an octa-core processor with RAM of 6GB. It comes with a touchscreen display of 6-inch. The operating system of Finney is Sirin OS, which is a part of the Oreo software Android 8.1. The smartphone also has a second touchscreen attached to its body, with the cryptocurrency features.
Furthermore, the second touchscreen of the phone has a firewall between the main OS making it more secure. The extra layer of security encrypts the actions performed by the Sirin OS when the pop-up screen is in use. The cryptocurrency side-software of Finney smartphone features a token conversion service that enables the users to swap coins like BTC and ETH.
